As a Thunder Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point-of-contact for all our potential customers. You will develop profiles of our perfect customer, and help identify potential customers based upon your market research. In the process, you will not only develop your skills in technology-based consultative sales, but also become an expert in evaluating and prioritizing sales prospects to maximize revenue opportunities. You will also work with the marketing and sales teams, turning inbound interest into new customers.

Creative, energetic and a self-starter, you want to learn more about the sales process, how to analyze needs and provide solutions-based software sales. You also love understanding technologies in depth and communicating products to the marketplace. If you are a high achiever, we want to talk to you.   • Research and develop profiles of ideal customers
  • Work with the Sales team to develop and execute lead generation plan
  • Develop, test, and optimize email marketing messaging to potential customers
  • Qualify leads from a variety of sources (e.g. tradeshows, whitepaper downloads, webinar attendees, web visitors, etc.) via email, telephone calls and online research
  • Establish conversations with potential customers via phone and email
  • Understanding each lead’s needs and effectively communicating how Thunder will meet them
  • Use solutions-based selling to identify where Thunder's products can solve needs
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction with all customers



  • Strong track record of performance from previous sales or sales development role (MarTech sales development experience a huge plus)
  • Strong skills in initiating executive-level contacts and securing sales presentation opportunities
  • Technically adept, experienced with marketing technologies
  • Experience with dynamic creative technologies (ex. DCO) a strong plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High energy leve, tenacious, and driven to succeed
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
