The Job

Thunder’s looking for an experienced campaign anaylst to join our growing operations team. We’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves to ensure that campaigns are launched error free and on time.



  • Handle client-facing and ad operations processes at Thunder
  • Customize ad tags and assets for campaigns
  • Troubleshoot and pinpoint reporting discrepancies.
  • Partner with Accounts team to present key findings and showcase product value
  • Recognize and implement third- and fourth-party tracking mechanisms as needed
  • Establish testing platforms with client ad operations teams – be the conduit between internal stakeholders and clients
  • Create regular campaign reports and ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Establish tracking workflows, own documentation, and lead processes to scale ad operations
  • Assist the client team in gathering deliverables for campaign launches and coordinating launch details.


  • 2+ years of experience in an Ad Operations role. Agency or brand experience preferred.
  • Experience trafficking, managing and optimizing within DSP and programmatic platforms
  • DFA/DCM certification or advanced knowledge of DFA/DCM required.
  • Experiences with other ad servers and DSPs such as Sizmek, Amobee, etc. a big plus
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript language markup.
  • Quick learner and able to rapidly acquire and apply technical skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with attribution modeling a plus
