Product Manager

Thunder is looking for a talented Product Manager with strong experience creating structure, clarity, and structure in ambigious spaces. We want an individual who can work directly with clients, understand client requirements and use cases, build out personas and scenarios, and work with an engineering team to deliver products that to drive solutions to customer problems. This person will be the focal point of our engeering and business teams to oversee our client engagements and own all customer launches end to end. We work on an integrated AdTech stack and are innovating in measurement, dynamic creative optimization, creative management platform, and new digital advertising capabilities. Our desired candidate is a self-starter who thrives with ambiguity and loves solving challenging problems.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Launch products on a regular basis
  • Drive customer requriements gathering and own end-to-end customer launches for new and existing product use cases
  • Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy
  • Develop new products and enhance existing products.
  • Engage closely with both business and engineering team to ensure all product devlopement solves desired customer problems in a reasonable launch schedule.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience and thrive working in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience building advertising technology products and/or familiarity with digital advertising technology 
  • Experience with managing products for software developers and development experience using various desktop and mobile app frameworks.
  • Strong technical writing and business acumen
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing; understanding of go-to-market commerce enablers (e.g. payments, loyalty, subscriptions, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends; excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
